The Vandals evans were German sex which conflicts with the Roman Empire had heavy historical impact particularly in terms of severity. The extreme violence will lead the story to equate the name with utter devastation.
The origin of the vandals are not entirely clear. Some scholars believe that sometime in the 6th and 5th century BC, coming from the peninsula of Jutland (today Denmark) came to settle in the valley of the River Oder. Although it is likely that the word "Vandal" is an ancient name, people occasionally refer to them by name Lugii. In addition, certain groups of Vandals had different names such Asdings and Silings.
The most recently evans recorded use of the name "Vandal" was shortly after the wars Markomannikous (12-year military conflict between the Roman Empire on Marcus Aurelius and German - Sarmatian equality) the 2nd century AD
In the middle of the third century, vandals invaded Pannonia and at the end of the third century had gone to war in Dacia. In the early 4th century, according to the Jordan Alan (Byzantine historian evans of the 6th century. AD), suffered terrible defeat by the Goths who were led by Geberich and in that battle killed Vandal king Visimar. The surviving Vandals then settled in Pannonia under the protection of the Roman Empire. They remained there under the control of the Roman state, evans for about sixty years.
At the time, the Vandals were converted to Christianity. Because the language was similar to the Gothic language, probably was able to read the scriptures, as translated by Ulfilas (he was the first bishop of the Visigoths). The Vandals, like many Germanic tribes became Christians lift instead Catholics, following the teachings of Ulfilas.
In the early 5th century, possibly due to pressure from the Huns, a portion of the population moved west. Both Asding and the Siling vandals crossed the Rhine at Mainz and invaded Gaul in 406 AD, as did the Suevi (first German sex) and the Alans (Sarmatians sex). Overall, caused severe damage in their efforts to ensure their installation before suffering a crushing defeat by the Franks. Having lost 2000 men, including the king, Godégisel, vandals turned to the south and led by his son Godégisel, Gunderic, in 409 AD, crossed the Pyrenees. So did the Suevi and Alans.
In the Iberian evans Peninsula, Vandals, Suevi and Alans encountered opposition from residents Roman settlers and proceeded to occupy the territories by force. The Gunderic and vandals Asding settled in the province of Galicia, north of the River Douro, as did the Suevi. The vandals Siling, led by Fredbal, moved south and occupied Baetica (modern Iberia). The Alans, led by King Addac, settled in Louzitania, which corresponds to today's Portugal.
For several years, the invaders had prevailed in the region until the Visigoths led by Wallia, in cooperation with the Roman Empire invaded the region in order to "clean" by the invaders. The Wallia first attacked Silings, King Fredbal lured into a trap and sent as a prisoner to the emperor, Flavius August. Terrified other intruders sent diplomatic missions in Ravenna, hoping to sign peace with the emperor.
The strategists evans in the imperial government gained advantage by turning the tribes against one another. They recognized Suevi and Vandals Asding status in the federation and allowed to retain evans the lands they had. However the Alans and Vandals Siling became clear that their presence would not be tolerated within the borders of the empire.
The next two years Wallia and Visigoths were involved in the subjugation of unruly tribes. The vandals Silings fought evans to the last and almost disappeared. The Alans also suffered heavy losses when their king died, the remaining members of the tribe went to Galicia to join the Asdings. With this development, the Gunderic took the title "King of the Vandals and Alans" title to be used thereafter by his successors.
Despite the federation, the Vandals continued to fight against the Romans and the Visigoths evans for 10years. When Gunderic evans died in 428 AD, his brother became king Gaiseric. Recognizing that the Visigoths had become too strong to deal with them, decided to emigrate and leave the Visigoths in Spain.
Tradition has it that the Roman general Boniface V
