Can all hair be treated? The treatment depends on the absorption of light in the hair and the skin

IPL 2 | La Feuillette. Beauty Salon
Can all hair be treated? The treatment depends on the absorption of light in the hair and the skin color pigment. White skin with dark hair provides the best results. For dark hairs on a skin are tinted in general require slightly more treatments. The Ellipse system is equipped with unique software, lephoceen which allows settings for all types of hair and skin colors are preprogrammed. Thus, the intensity is adjusted to every skin and hair type. How many treatments will I need? Hair growth is a cyclical process: hair follicles are alternating between a resting and growth phase. Contain only the growth phase in a hair and hair follicles can then be treated. Hair follicles in the resting phase must therefore 'wait' till they are in that period of growth and can be treated through the Ellipse. This makes it necessary to repeat the treatment until all the hair follicles have been through the growth phase.
